Hi all:

PROC GEOCODE is a SAS/GRAPH procedure for geocoding by street address, city, ZIP code, ZIP+4 and IP address.    But what I am looking for is link the corresponding census tract with that specific geocodes after geocoding?  Is there any SAS procedure could do this?  Thanks.

This is a "it depends" kind of answer. I might start here: https://blogs.sas.com/content/sastraining/2013/03/14/census-block-maps-in-sas/

You might have a census tract map dataset if you have SAS/GIS but I'm not sure as it has been a long time since I had SAS/GIS licensed.

If you get the SHP file from Census Bureau you can try PROC GINSIDE.
