I want to input the table from the following link. Could you let me know how to input the table? Thank you so much,

Looking at this page it looks the files are just pipe (|) delimited files.

http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/full-index/1993/QTR1/master.idx

You should be able to read it with PROC IMPORT, or just write you own data step to read it.
