Importing an xls file into SAS EG v4.1

Dear SAS users.

I'm trying to import the attached excel file into my SAS EG hoping to automate some reporting.

I am having trouble doing so though as I haven't dealt much with the proc import.

Whatever I try returns errors and I don't fully understand the parameters either.

To specify the formats of the variables I want to give the variables:

First variable - String

Identification Number - numeric format best12.

Incentive - dollar15.2

and I do not want to keep the "code" variable as I do not need it.

What errors are you getting?  Can you post the log?
