entered the correct username and password and then

I tried several times and always the same message.

The username and password credentials work for SAS Management Console and SAS Information Map Studio.
Why not work with SAS Customer Intelligence?.
Is that to enter "SAS Customer Intelligence" other permissions are necessary?

The answer to that question is only known to the person who set up the users and groups for your SAS Customer Intelligence configuration. That person would be the SAS Administrator who is responsible for setting up users and groups -at your site- ... so this means that ONLY your SAS administrator can answer this question.

The username and password that I use has no restrictions and has administrator privileges.
Could it be that this may require some additional configuration for the SAS Customer Intelligence Studio?

As I said in my previous post:

"The answer to that question is only known to the person who set up the users and groups for your SAS Customer Intelligence configuration. That person would be the SAS Administrator who is responsible for setting up users and groups -at your site- ... so this means that ONLY your SAS administrator can answer this question."

Just because you think your username and passwword has no restrictions and has administrator privileges, that may not be true across all the solutions which use the SAS Enterprise Intelligence Platform. For example, users and groups in one repository not be the same users and groups who were granted permissions in a different repository.

The ONLY person who can answer this question is the person who set up the users and groups for the SAS Customer Intelligence configuration.

As others have said I think you need to speak to your SAS administrator (if that is you) then I suggestion to talk to the installer or SAS tech support.

There are too many un-known variables for anyone here to help you here, unless you give additional information. Message was edited by: twocanbazza

Regardless of unknown variables, the OP needs to contact the SAS administrator, as suggested previously (multiple times).....

The SAS administrator doesn't understand that could be happening.
I connect via VPN to the SAS server. Is this fact can affect the connection?.
I say that my IP doesn't have sufficient privileges.
What do you think?.

Hi:
Either you or your SAS Administrator need to open a track with SAS Technical Support on this issue. Any response at this point would be speculation and not helpful to the resolution of your issue.

On the main SAS Discussion Forums page there is a SAS Technical Support link that will take you to a page where you can create a new track with Technical Support.
