I want to test for trend in C-Section rates in the State of New England for the 6 year period 2000 - 2005. The factors that I believe have effect on these rates that I have as variables are: age, county of residence and social economic status. I intend to use the Weighted Least Squares Analysis of rates over the 6 years aforementioned to test for trend. I shall be treating the design-effects variables - age, county of residence and social economic status separately in my analysis.

What statements do I use in proc catmod to incorporate my variables (aforementioned) to do the job?

Thanks!

Jeremy.
