Hi All

I am wondering how can I predict my outcome variable in sas proc mixed. I have one independent variable and I need to know the value of my dependent variable after regression with random effects. I can get predicted values but I need to know the value of dependent variable at an x which is not in my independent variable vector. So its like interpolating, because the value of x that I am looking is within the range of my x values. Please help me with this issue?

I don't use proc mixed but in most of the regression type procedures if you request predicted values and you have independent variable values with missing values then the predicted value is included in the output. So add values for the independent variable.
