How to handle Unicode Character UTF-8 in DI

Dear Suppport,
I am receiving txt files with some unicode characters and without unicode characters in file.

1. Is there any way to find the file is Unicode character in SAS DI with turning on the option? Is there also a setting required on SAS Server.

2. As I understand SAS user written code will fail having unicode character in file how to handle this?

Please let me know how can i handle the above scenerio.
