How to compare proportions in two samples?

Suppose I have a two way table. Row is sex: male and female. Column is color of eye: brown and blue. How can I compare the proportion of females whose eyes are blue with the proportion of males with the same color?

Specify the CHISQ option in PROC FREQ.
