Anybody have any tricks to avoid the output from PROC LOGISTIC, especially in the "Analysis of Maximum Likelihood Estimates" section.
Sometimes, I have multiple variables such as:
WoE_DV_EST_NUM_TYPE1
WoE_DV_EST_NUM_TYPE2
WoE_DV_EST_NUM_TYPE3
And when one of the variables shows up in this section, I have no idea which one it was! It will trim them off at a certain length
Example of my code: (opening HTML result in Chrome)
ods graphics on;
proc logistic data=TRAINDATA;
model YVAR(event='1') = X1 X2 X3 X4 ...
/ SELECTION = STEPWISE rsq lackfit;
roc;
OUTPUT OUT=OUTPUTDATA p=myPrediction ;
run;
ods graphics off;
I'm not sure if this is the answer because you haven't posted a picture of your issue but the namelen option may solve your issue.
ods graphics on;
proc logistic data=TRAINDATA NAMELEN=32;
model YVAR(event='1') = X1 X2 X3 X4 ...
/ SELECTION = STEPWISE rsq lackfit;
roc;
OUTPUT OUT=OUTPUTDATA p=myPrediction ;
run;
ods graphics off;

That's exactly what I needed. Thanks!
