How is it possible to set "Dsas.app.class.path" with SAS 9.4

Hello,

I have to use a java application. To do that I have to change the Dsas.app.class.path. I work with SAS 9.4 on windows 64 8.1 pro.

I don't manage to change the path. Apparently there were changes between 9.3 and 9.4.
