example input data and expected output.

 

is ID a variable? Perhaps you wanted cat(" ",handler, id)

 

Otherwise you're going to have to provide some details of what your data is currently and what you expect the output to look like.

 

If you want a space between variables then you likely want the CATX function, not CAT.
