The environment you work in may have different limitations/abilities. In the base display manager you can press Ctrl-B and get a window of all of your currently assigned libraries showing the name, engine and path.
Please provide some more about your environment.
Which interface are you referring to, is it the SAS Management Console, is it something else?
The Data Library Manager plugin does not provide this information, you can add something to the description.
You can use the Environment Manager to see this information http://<yourServer>/SASEnvironmentMgrMidTier
Note that you can look at all the libraries, but you can not create all of the different libraries.
