I want to run two-way proportion test. The FREQ procedure runs one-way proportion test by selecting "binomial" option, but I could not find any option to run two-way proportion test. Please tell me how I can run two-way proportion test in SAS.

You could join the variables with an * in the TABLES statement. The first variable would forms the rows, and the second variable the columns.
