Hi all,
I would like to use the same predictor for all ten dependent variables. The problem is residuals are not been plotted in the output for every dependent variable.
PROC REG DATA=MYDATA; BY Date Place;
MODEL Y1 Y2 Y3 Y4 Y5 Y6 Y7 Y8 Y9 Y10 = SINGLE_PREDICTOR;
OUTPUT OUT=RES_OUT rstudent=RESID h=lev cookd=cd dffits=dffit ;
RUN;
Can you help me with that? Thanks.
Try:
ODS graphics on;
PROC REG DATA=MYDATA plots(only)=residualPlot;
BY Date Place;
MODEL Y1 Y2 Y3 Y4 Y5 Y6 Y7 Y8 Y9 Y10 = SINGLE_PREDICTOR;
OUTPUT OUT=RES_OUT
rstudent=R1-R10 h=L1-L10 cookd=CD1-CD10 dffits=DF1-DF10 ;
RUN;
QUIT;
You will get all the plots directly and all the residuals in your output dataset.
