the code:
data ex;
do x=-5 to 5 by 0.2;
do y=-5 to 5 by 0.2;
z=x*y+y*y;
output;end;end;
proc g3d;
plot y*x=z;
run;
the problem:
error:procedure g3d no fand.
I am using SAS University Edition. I am a Chinese college student and I am currently studying in China.

Why: The classic graph procedures such as Gchart, Gplot and G3d are not part of the University Edition.
PROC G3D is part of SAS/GRAPH which is not included in the license for SAS UE.
Instead, you can use SG procedures, which produce better quality graphics in general.
@Ksharp has provided you the translated code.
