FSEDIT on Windows

Is it possible to startup an FSEDIT screen without showing the minimized windows (Output, Log, Editor, etc)?

SAS can be invoked with the CONFIG option NODMS, which brings it up in line-mode. This approach may or may not suit your requirements though.
