Error SAS

Alguien me explica este error que me está dando SAS al Importar cualquier archivo en Excel:

Cannot find a matching quote character for the character '''.


Esto empezó a ocurrir de hace 2 días para, anteriormente el mismo archivo no daba ningún error.

You are missing a quote  3 is functional one text and one as functional quote string separation. Missing one to close the string

Or are you using Unicode with an alternate quote like ` that has been translated to '    ?
