ERROR: Procedure EXPAND not found.

I am getting "ERROR: Procedure EXPAND not found" when trying to run a Proc Expand in a SAS 9.3 environment.

What could possibly be the issue? Thanks.

You don't have ETS licensed.

Run proc setinit; run; To see which packages you have licensed.
