Hi,

I am using the below code to export file.

PROC EXPORT DATA=WORK.OUTPUT_RAHUL
OUTFILE='C:/DATA/A.csv'
DBMS=csv
replace;

But getting error "Physical file does not exist, /sasconfig/sas/sasconfig/Lev1/SASApp/C:/DATA/A.csv."

Yes, your path is incorrect.

/sasconfig/sas/sasconfig/Lev1/SASApp/C:/DATA/A.csv

This is not valida here.  The filename needs to point to a valid network area, which is accessible to your SAS session.  You make no mention of what software you are using, at a guess I assume University Edition.  If that is the case, look at your Explorer window and see what areas are available to you.  I am afraid I don't use UE so can't give code, read the guidance that comes with UE.
