1) The difference in LS means between 2 groups (Trt B - Trt A) and their SE (standard error)

 

I am mystified by the request. Your data does not have any continuous variables, so there is no way to compute any type of mean.

 

2) 95 % CI based on a 2-sided Chan and Zhang method for the difference in proportions
