Creating zipcodes with FIPS codes

Dear all,

I have a file (attached) with US's FIPS codes. I would like to obtain all the possible zipcodes for each FIPS code. May I know how can I do that?

SASHELP.ZIPCODE has zip codes, FIPS codes, State abbreviation, State name, lat & long, time zone and other useful information. Take a look, it is very useful.
