Hi,

I'm new to SAS and this forum. We currently use SAS to import data from SQL and provide it to our clients in ASCII or SAS formats. I have been asked to look into exporting directly from .NET and SQL to ASCII (the easy part) but also to SAS. Is there a feature in SAS or a method anyone might be familiar with that would allow me to convert an ASCII file to SAS from .NET directly? If this isn't possible, I expect to output to ASCII and import/save directly in SAS.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks,

Chris

As a follow up to this thread, the only possible method I found was to use the following software:
