Convert UTM to Latitude and Longitude in degrees (or vice versa)

This Tech Support note http://support.sas.com/kb/3/973.html explains that "Unprojected SAS map data sets have X and Y coordinates represented as
longitude and latitude in radians."

If you need to implement this UTM conversion as part of a SAS/GRAPH related program, you might consider working with Tech Support on this question.
