I have some species abundance data and want to do Chi-square analysis on it but do not know where to begin? Thanks.

Chi Square statistics are produced on request from the Freq Procedure. I suspect you can also get them from procedures in the SAS/Stat package. Searching the documentation will show you candidates a lot more quickly than posting a question here and waiting for an answer.

Kind regards

David
