Hi
I need to read the contents of a catalog stored in permanent space which is created by the other person.
how to do this? please suggest me any solution for this?

SAS LIBNAME statement (gain access to the catalog) and PROC CATALOG to read (view?) the contents. And review SAS OPTIONS FMTSEARCH= if you need to access the contents of the catalog with your SAS application code.

The SAS support http://support.sas.com/ website has DOC and supplemental technical and conference papers on this type of topic, either using the website SEARCH facility or possibly consider using the Google advanced search argument below:
