A stored procedure is a program, so I don't think so. You can execute a stored procedure that would generate output and query the output if required. It depends on what you're looking for and so far my answer is longer than your question 🙂

An SQL stored procedure can be called in SAS using SQL passthrough and the EXECUTE statement. Here is an example using SAS/ACCESS to Oracle:

A stored procedure cannot be queried directly to provide a result set. It needs to create a table or view that can be read in a separate SQL query.
