Is there a SAS procedure to calculate Cochran Mantel Haenszel weighted Miettinen and Nurminen confidence intervals for risk difference in stratified samples?

Thank you for your reply! I have reviewed the SAS documentation and it appears that SAS doesn’t provide what I am looking for. I am curious as to whether anyone has had to program this and how they went about it....
