Hi SAS enthusiasts,
I am in search of a sample Banking data set for PROC SQL (SAS Studio) for SQL practice since I focus on the banking and financial sector.
Please advise on where/how to get this data source
Look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you.
Jas
That's a broad topic. Can you narrow it down a bit?
Woukd it be account balances over time? Credit card transaction? Mortgages? Stocks?
Basic client lists? There's more that I'm not thinking of I'm sure.
Heres one source

Hi Reeza,
Thank you so much for your help!
Wow. your question is awesome, opening up to further research topics that I am really interested in including:
1. Credit card spending behavior (associated with variables : education, income, social status...)
2. Deposits / Check accounts
3. Credit risk
Please send me some data source related to those topics.
Thank you
Regards
Jas.
I think Google may be better at this than I am - how I found the first dataset.
Also, if you search on here there's a list of data for analysis.
This is a good starting point when searching for sample data.
Not sure if there's any "clean" banking data, but some of them might be sees as financial related.
