Accessing XML file via REST API

Please help me out to access cloud data in SAS.

Can we access through base SAS or EG or DI?

Define what you mean by cloud data - specific for your situation.

Some you can use Base, others you need a SAS/ACCESS licence.

EG and DI Studio are GUI interfaces (on top of Base and other SAS Foundation modules) for ad-hoc analysis/reporting and ETL development respectively - they see no difference if cloud or not.

Actually I have rest API file  which has link that opens some xml file, want to access data from that xml file.
