Can anyone explain why I am getting this error:

We need some context here. What did you do that produced this error? Share a step-by-step description of the point-and-click process or share your code, please.

Perhaps SAS is connecting to Oracle or using Middle ware components from Oracle. Please have the concerned DBA's in loop. Prima facie does not look like a SAS error.

Just as an observation that ...creAtEresponse looks misspelled.

Could it be something as simple as wrong config or parameter passing "somewhere" in your process?
