Hello Dear SAS experts,
Anyone can help me how to write a code for 2 way ANOVA?
My experiment is about evaluating pots holes (2holes, 3holes, 3holes ) on two different varieties (V1, v2).
my data look like
holes | variety | height |
H2 | V1 | 8.5 |
H2 | v1 | 8 |
... | .... | 7 |
.... | ..... | 7.8 |
H2 | v1 | 5.5 |
H2 | v1 | 6.5 |
..... | .... | ...... |
H2 | v2 | 5.5 |
H2 | v2... | 5.9 |
etc | .... | ..... |

Generally, we don't do your work for you here in this Community.
You could see if the example in the documentation can be easily modified to work in your situation (I think it will)
If not, post what you have tried, and we will advise.
We can't tell what your 'holes' variable represents because all values are 'H2'. I assume that there are other values such as 'H1'.
The basic syntax is
ods graphics on;
PROC GLM data=have;
class holes variety;
model height = holes | variety;
run;
thanks!
