I just purchased the book "Simulating Data with SAS" by Rick Wicklin. In Section 9.3.2, it states "This book's Web-site contains a set of SAS/IML functions for simulating multivariate ordinal data. You can download and store the functions in a SAS/IML library, and use the LOAD statement..." Where can I find this website to access these functions?
