yes, there is a feasible solution satisfies the non-linear constrains. Is the place of "tc" in the CALL line right or not?

2) Yes, the tc arg is in the right place, but you can always use the alternative keyword-pair" syntax when in doubt:

CALL nlpnms(...) tc=tc  nlc="arl";
