Create RGB dataset from jpg image in SAS or SAS IML

          Can SAS create a pixel dataset of RGB values from a jpg image.

I am not aware of any built-in method in SAS to read an image value and obtain RGB values.

However, there is a method in JMP that can create the data set: Image analysis of an elephant's foot in JMP
