sample size calculation

Hi,

I am doing the sample size calculation for a clinical trial with three arms. The data analysis will use MANCOVA or MANOVA. There are two primary outcome variables interested. Can somebody give me some information on how to calculate the sample size for this if we know the effect size between the arms.
