I have a free clinical reporting system that you can download. It is "free" because you are free to use it as much as you like without even telling me if you don't want to. There are no catches. The more it gets used, the happier I am.

This reporting system is in everyday use (in its original Unix form) at a pharmaceutical company in the heart of Europe so it is most definitely a practical system.

I have now permanently frozen the free Spectre (Clinical) reporting system in order that people can study it knowing that it will not be changing over the years. The permanent freeze is announcd at the top of the main page.
