SET STATE patpool_v101 <server> APPLICATION SERVER CRASH

In SAS Intrnet application, we are encountering this error. Servers are getting crashed after processing only single request. Pool service was working very well till 29 Jan 2008, but suddenly this is happening.

No sessions now and with each request a new server is started. Loadmgr log shows the error frequently:

SET STATE patpool_v101 APPLICATION SERVER CRASH

[deleted_user]

This is most definitely an issue for tech support.
