Good Morning,

Can anyone recommend a good book for using SAS in Health insurance data? For example using SAS in analyzing health insurance claims, false claims etc.

Thanks in advance.

There are couple of BBUs that are good for observational health data.  Go to the
SAS bookstore and search for "health" to see them.

The only addtional that you will have to do is a bit of pre-preocessing to convert the ICD and CPT codes into meaningful constructs for your discipline.

I'm not much on fruad detection save that I have read about people using SAS Enterprise Miner for it.
