SDD does not support CRF Annotations.

I believe, CRF annotation is done with the PDF writer, where we mention the variable name from the dataset (either SDTM standard or sponser standard) on the top or bottom portion of the specific field where that data is collected.

This will help us to track the specific information from CRF to the datasets.
