Information Map Studio problem

Dear,

When I call up to use Information Map Studio, after selecting the metadata repository and entering userid/password, the following error message was prompted

The Metadata server could not associate an identity with your connection

Are there any ideas on the cause behind?

I have similar problem the same as this one. I get the same error message and I suspect that there are some configurations missing (that should be defined through SAS Management Console, BIP Tree??? - but not sure)

Hope that someone can provide some hints to solve this problem.
