I replied to a message including code and the indentation was stripped out, most annoying.
I event tried a *; at the beginning of each line to protect the indentation and that didn't work either.
Are people not supposed to help with code examples?
Can the forum be updated to only remove trailing spaces?

Try specifying the code as preformatted text. PRE and /PRE (enclosed in square brackets) should do the trick.

I see, it works, cool.

[PRE]
data colin;
set badger;
by itself;
run;
[/PRE]

Thanks for the suggestion. I've passed it along to the technical team responsible for maintaining these forums.
