Hodges-Lehmann Estimator

I need to calculate the Hodges Lehmann Estimator for individual treatments. I found a per on calculating this estimator on treatment difference, but couldn't find anything on individual treatments.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That reference was also for computing the difference.  You can find it again by Googling

(It's not SAS software.  DataPlot is a software platform provided by the NIST).
