Not personally, no. But an internet search turns up two possibly useful papers:

• Li, Chang, Fine, and Su (2022), "Win Ratio Simulation for Power Calculation Made Easy"
  Proceedings of the PharmaSUG 2022 Conference.  Includes the %WINPOWER macro.
• Yosef and Khalatbari (2019), "Extending the Finkelstein-Schoenfeld test and Win Ratio to three composite Outcomes Using SAS,"  Proceedings of the SESUG 2019 Conference.
