I am newly learning SAS. Can anyone explain me about endopoint and which type of table , listing , graph are created in clinical trials.

I suggest you Google "Clinical endpoint" The listings etc. would totally depend on the clinical area and team you are working with.

The SAS bookstore has a couple of good books on SAS programming for clinical trials that cover these topics (and more).
