Hello, Can any body pls tell me what are the end point variables in clinical trails?

It varies by trial, but is the outcome measure in the specific aims of the protocol.

In a thrombolytic trial, it might be death; in a diabetes trial, it might be a reduction in HbA1c, etc.

Primary endpoint definition:
“clinical endpoint that provides evidence sufficient to fully categorize clinically the effect of a treatment that would support a regulatory claim for the treatment”
Secondary endpoint:
“additional clinical characterization of a treatment but could not, by itself, be convincing of a clinically significant treatment effect”
