Choosing the correct module!!

Hi guys,
I want to enter into clinical data management, (in a pharma/IT company)

Should I choose SAS Research and Analytics or SAS BI/DW offered by the SAS Institute in India.

Is it essential to have a Base Certification prioir to undergoing any of the above modules.

Kindly give a feedback to help me get into the right track.
