Use Case	The management overseeing production lines is focused on reducing manufacturing costs. The current issue is that not everyone prioritizes improvement activities based on monetary value. It's unclear whether the shop floor is tackling improvements with the appropriate priorities. To address this, we will create a dashboard that displays KPIs for management, supervisors and frontline workers. This dashboard will enable variance analysis between target and actual values, broken down by factory, product, process and worker. This will facilitate rapid decision-making on the production line.
