@KA123 indeed, I think a lot of people will. Unfortunately I could not attend the past year, so I was looking forward, very much, for this year.

However, I also think this is good news, considering the situation. I want to thank the whole SAS team, I am sure it must be a gigantic effort to re-organize the event to be fully virtualized. My most sincere kudos.

I appreciate that SAS has made a wise and safe decision based upon the data
and the statistics around COVID-19. Given the risks of meetings and the
travel, that is a prudent choice, and I'm glad to hear it sooner than later.

Although I'd already had to cancel per my company's directive, I'm sorry to hear of the conference cancellation. For everyone who was still going to be able to attend - especially those of you coming to the US from other countries! - and especially for all of the staff and volunteers who I know worked so hard this past year preparing to make the conference the spectacular and useful conference SAS Global Forum is known for. I do think it's a good decision, though. I'm looking forward to participating in the virtual conference, exploring all of the conference content, and especially to attending next year's conference in person again. Wishing you all good health!
