The SGUG is currently accepting applications for the SASGF 2021 Conference Chair. You can find more information about what it takes on the sascommunity.org Conference Leadership page (http://www.sascommunity.org/wiki/Conference_Leadership), read the blog (https://blogs.sas.com/content/sgf/2018/01/12/interested-in-being-the-sas-global-forum-2021-conferenc...), or by contacting me (Jennifer Waller).
We also have different opportunities for getting more involved that can also be found on the Conference Leadership page listed above.
I would love to start a conversation with you if you have questions. As well, feel free to share this with those you feel want to get more involved as well.

I want to make sure that I understand your question @rvsidhu035. Are you asking about volunteering in some capacity (e.g. on the Content Advisory Team or the Content Delivery Team) for SAS Global Forum 2021 or are you interested in applying to the be the conference chair? If you don't have a lot of experience with conference planning, I would suggest that you begin by volunteering at SAS Global Forum 2018 in some capacity and potentially volunteering at SAS Global Forum 2019 as well. There are a lot of different ways to volunteer that will help you get a better feeling for what we do to plan SAS Global Forum each year. Do you have experience in volunteering (helping determine content, taking part in helping with any conference logistics, etc) at local or regional SAS events where you are located?
If would rather take this off line from the SAS Communities area, my contact information can be found on the Conference Leadership website in the link in my original post.
