Great news! The SAS Global Forum mobile app will be available in mid-March - about a month before the event.
Once logged in, users can start early to earn points for the app game, network with other attendees, build an agenda, set up meetings with other attendees, and so much more.
Stay tuned to the SAS Global Forum website for the announcement of the mobile app availability in the Apple Store and Google Play.
Hi @gmbaker,
Do you know whether the SASGF Mobile App agenda will be linked to the web agenda? If people started working on their agenda using https://sasglobalforum2016.lanyonevents.com/connect/publicDashboard.ww when we install the app will the personal agenda appear or are they separate applications?
Kind Regards,
Michelle
Great question, @MichelleHomes. Yes. You login with the same username and password you used to build your agenda in the conference scheduler. Once logged in, the mobile device will sync with your customized agenda.
Thanks for confirming @gmbaker! Good to know.
Kind Regards,
Michelle
HI @moorsd!
I am glad to hear you will be attending SAS Global Forum again this year. Unfortunately, I will not be able to catch up with my SAS friends in Vegas this April as I will be on maternity leave. 🙂 Enjoy the conference and see you next time!!
@moorsd Orlando in 2017 it is!!!
Gail,
Well, I think that is as good an excuse for skipping SAS Global Forum as I have ever heard! (Except for me skipping SAS Global Forum 2015 to run the London Marathon).
CONGRATULATIONS on this wonderful news; and best wishes for a quick delivery on your 9-month project!!!!!!!
----MMMMIIIIKKKKEEEE
@MMMIIIIKKKKEEEE, wait...what? You're running the London Marathon? How awesome is that? What sort of time do you expect to run? Congrats @gmbaker! I didn't know.
Thanks for the well wishes, @MMMIIIIKKKKEEEE. It will be wierd not being at #SASGF but that's okay for this year.
Any chance the app will be available for Blackberry? some of us still use them ....
@gmbaker would know best. I know that we are going to have someone test the functionality on a Blackberry, but I am not sure if there is an actual app that will be created or whether Blackberry users will use a web version.
SAS Innovate 2025 is scheduled for May 6-9 in Orlando, FL. Sign up to be first to learn about the agenda and registration!
